Dial-a-Phone lets you click phone links in your web browser (or even other apps) and automatically send the number to your iPhoneTM. From there, you can quickly dial that number with a few taps.
Before you can send numbers to from this computer, first you must download and install the Dial-a-Phone apps on both your computer and your iPhone.
You can pair as many iPhones as you like to your WindowsTM computer, and you can also pair multiple computers to the same iPhone.
The first time you click a phone link in your browser, you will be asked which app to open the link with. Select Dial-a-Phone from the list. You may also be asked permission to open the link, depending on your browser settings. You should only have to do this once.
The Keypad in the app can also be used to manually send a number to your iPhone. You can also Paste a number into the text box.
If you're using Windows 11, you can also highlight a phone number in any app. If Suggested Actions are enabled, a Call Number popup will appear, and you can select Dial-a-Phone from the app list.
NOTE: Sometimes you need to press CTRL+C twice to copy the text to your clipboard first.
For now, Dial-a-Phone is only available on Windows PCs and iPhone. If you'd like to see it on other platforms, please let us know and may consider it in the future.
